Who leaked? Who didn’t? More than a hundred people had access. Clerks, Justices, janitors? All denied being the leak. Numerous copies float around from unsecured computers and printers. No way to track emailed or downloaded copies. But the investigation did confess it wasn’t a hack. Okay?
