So, the central question is, why did Trump have what appears to be a conceptual — and no doubt highly classified — war plan for Iran? Did he have it because General Milley simply sent it to Trump “FYI,” or did he have it because he had requested it? The former possibility is unlikely; the latter quite disturbing.
