In 2023 two dozen states will allow guns without permits. Boosting the number to 25. Anyone else scared?

How many more states will follow suit?

Firearms are easier to carry. Easier to steal? Gun theft is up.

Half of America is now allowed to carry handguns without a license. Any mentally unstable person can carry a gun?

Gun people will cry they have an unfettered right. No problem if they want to go into the woods and hunt. Go to a gun range and get their jollies. Even if they feel they need one for protection.

But the Constitution’s second amendment is the only permit they need?

Permitless carry law aka Constitutional carry allows both residents and non-residents 21 years of age and older to carry. Handguns, long guns, and other weapons including knives, openly or concealed, in public, without a permit.

So, no one needs to prove safe gun handling.

They further don’t have to know gun laws.

People that support more gun laws tend to have the least knowledge of the laws that are already on the books. — Wayne LaPierre
