Did it all begin with the “alternative facts”? Or does it go back further? Why do politicians think we American citizens will accept and tolerate all the lies? Answer: because we let them get away with their lies time and time again.
The litany of lies from politicians has overflowed.
How can someone fabricate their life story? Ask a politician. Some have mastered it.
We know now that lies don’t matter. At least when it comes to elections and public officials. Background check, anyone? If it was a regular job, they would have been fired!
Why didn’t local news discover the lies? Some think it’s because they are underfunded.
What does this mean for future elections? How many would-be nominees will get away with greater lies? Everyone!
We elevated Donald Trump to the presidency even though he is a pathological liar.
Are other politicians trying to out lie him?
What else will we hear from future politicians? Walked on the moon. Unless your name is Buzz Aldrin.
