Republicans refused to fund FEMA right before Hurricane Helene hit, and Mike Johnson is refusing to call a session of Congress to approve more relief, despite the fact that another potential Cat 3/Cat 4 hurricane is heading right towards Tampa Bay, expected to make landfall on Wednesday.
