Shall We Play a Game?
You wanted Ukraine. Something about Nazis. Then you settled for a part of Ukraine, for now. Your indecisiveness is confounding.
You wanted to engage in a game of Stratego. With Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Is he playing a better game than you?
Both Ukrainians and Russians flee their respective countries. Your “special military operation”.
Ukrainians hate you.
Russian families of dead Russian soldiers hate you but can’t express their hate, at least not openly.
Russian families of forced Russian draftees hate you but must be silent.
You sent ill-equipped, undertrained young and old men to fight your “battle”. Then whined when they couldn’t complete your goal quickly. You underestimated the Ukrainians.
So now you bomb the crap out of Ukraine. Engaging in a game of Battleship.
Are you hoping its citizens either die or can’t take it anymore and leave? Now you are running out of weapons and are going to Iran for help. Iran has their own domestic issues, however.
You’ve also turned to mercenaries. Did you play the game of RISK too much as a kid? Are those little plastic soldiers you’ve employed?
