All I Got Was This Lousy T-Shirt!
Then Politics Got a Hold of It
I would grab one of my favorite Graphic Ts from the closet. I had an entire closet chock-full of them. A “Have A Nice Day” with a smiley face, a peace sign, I Love NY, Mickey Mouse, and John Deere logo. The superhero section covered Batman, Superman, Captain America, Loki, and Baby Yoda — so cute! Toward the back is my collection of Rock n’ Roll. Most souvenirs from concerts I attended. Pink Floyd — wreaking of pot, Bon Jovi, Van Halen — Sammy Hagar version, among many others. Then there’s the assortment of movie shirts — Star Wars, Smeagol — Lord of the Rings, and my Mumford Phys. Ed. Dept. T. — 1984s Beverly Hills Cop movie [for those too young].
The sports section is small — a Blue T with English D on the front. Buried in the back, my 1997, 1998, 2002, and 2008 Detroit Red Wings Stanley Cup Champions Ts. Hard Rock Café shirts from all over the world. My funny saying T-shirts. Ded Bob T “I Been Bobmotized” for all you Renaissance Faire fans [RIP Smudge]. “MAY THE SCHWARTZ BE WITH YOU” black T. What fun! There was one category yet, I refused to touch — because the fun is over.
